We also automatically collect certain information when you use SmartRelief, including session completion data, pain log entries, device type, and app usage patterns.

We use the information we collect to personalise your exercise programme, track your recovery progress, send session reminders, improve our services, and communicate with you about your account. If you joined through an employer or clinic, we may share aggregated, anonymised data about programme engagement — never your individual health records.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies, meaning only you can access your personal health information. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to erase your account by contacting us at support@smartrelief.app. Canadian users have additional rights under PIPEDA. Users in the EEA have rights under GDPR.

We use minimal analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

SmartRelief is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

By creating an account or using SmartRelief, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users including individuals, employer-sponsored users, and clinic-referred users.

The exercise content in SmartRelief is designed by physiotherapists for general wellness purposes. Individual results may vary. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical advice immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes. You may not share your account with others or use the app on behalf of another person without their consent.

SmartRelief offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99 CAD) or annually ($59.99 CAD). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

All content in SmartRelief, including exercise videos, written instructions, branding, and software, is the property of Denejo Inc. and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denejo Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of SmartRelief or reliance on its content. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of SmartRelief after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
